Burlesque Fitness is a full body workout suitable for all ages and abilities. This one hour class incorporates elements of burlesque dancing with fitness moves to create a fun and exciting workout.
The class will see you shimmy, wiggle and strut yourself through 13 fabulous routines to a variety of new and old songs. Throughout the class you will use props such as feather boas and chairs to immerse yourself in the world of burlesque and release your inner sass. The routines vary in tempo and intensity to ensure a fabulous full body work out.
Burlesque fitness is great for toning and strengthening the body whilst improving flexibility and confidence, so come along and shimmy, wiggle and strut yourself to healthier happier you!
